The problem/goal
National Masonry had an exciting mission for us. They needed to showcase their completed masonry projects for the chance to win the coveted ThinkBrick award. The photos were to highlight the beauty, texture, and quality of their work. So, we set out to capture every detail of the artistry and finesse that went into these efforts.
Our approach
We needed to deliver top-notch, high-resolution images that displayed the colour and texture of the brick work accurately. So lighting was key. Beginning with a site visit to assess the lighting conditions and carefully plan every shot, we used a range of technical and creative approaches to deliver an outstanding result.
Pulling out our bag of tricks
We experimented with different techniques, like focus stacking, to bring out every intricate element and stunning detail. In post-production, we worked our magic to adjust colour balance, contrast, and brightness to ensure visual excellence and accuracy.
Delivering premium results
This project was a treat, it challenged our technical and creative skills, with the freedom to think outside the box we were able to produce quality images that would help them achieve their goals.
National Masonry were thrilled with the results, using our images to enter the ThinkBrick Awards but also featuring them across a wide range of marketing materials. It’s moments like these that truly make our day, knowing our work has a tangible impact and contributes to the success of our clients in many ways.
