problem/goal

They needed captivating, high-quality images for their website, showcasing the detail and impeccable craftsmanship of their latest projects. The shoots presented the unique challenge of capturing show-stopping images in busy locations, while ensuring no people would detract from the focus on their great work.

Our
approach

We started by visiting each project site to scout the best angles, lighting and backgrounds for each carefully planned shot, including various close-ups of the buildings’ noteworthy design features.

Denoting significance

We employed various methods to display the scale and importance of the project accurately. Using natural and artificial light, creative angles, depth of field, and perspective, we increased visual interest and impact to leave a lasting impression.

Photoshoot aftercare

Editing was paramount. Using Photoshop, we removed stray pedestrians from each image to bring their craftsmanship into singular focus and blurred some faces for privacy. Then, adding final touches – like colour balance, contrast, and brightness – we emphasised the elegance and sophistication of their work.

Our commercial photography allowed DMA Engineers to showcase their best work and build a visual portfolio they can be proud of.
